Short S.45 Solent Mk.IV ZK-AMO Aranui (cn SH 1559) on Auckland Harbour after arrival from Fiji on 15 September 1960.  On completion of this flight Aranui was beached on the upper harbour where it remained for 20 years before being restored. (Air NZ Archives)
NZ Aero Transport's hangar at Washdyke Airfield, Timaru, in the early 1930s.  Although the name remained on the hangar, NZ Aero Transport had not operated any aircraft since 1923 and Rodolph Wigley had changed the name of the company in 1928 to The Mount Cook Tourist Company of New Zealand.  (MOTAT)
